The interior design project was carried out on three distinct levels: ground floor, basement, and attic. Each level features a well-defined layout aimed at maximizing functionality while providing a harmonious flow between main areas.
The ground floor includes essential spaces such as a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, an office, a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a garage for two cars. Wide hallways and direct access to the balcony visually extend the space.
The basement is dedicated to relaxation and sports activities, featuring a billiard room, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, showers, and a storage area. The spaces connect to an open terrace for ventilation and natural light.
The attic provides an intimate space with large bedrooms, a relaxation area, generous storage spaces, and a modern laundry room, as well as an office.

The interior design follows a minimalist style, focusing on simple lines, natural materials, and a balanced ambiance. The color palette includes pastel shades and neutral tones, complemented by green accents in furniture and accessories. The ground floor has an elegant aesthetic with wood finishes, natural stone surfaces, and discreet metallic elements. Modular furniture adds flexibility and functionality. The basement combines modern elements with a relaxing vibe, featuring warm finishes of natural wood and comfortable textiles. The gym is professionally equipped, and recreational spaces are decorated with green accents for a revitalizing atmosphere. The attic emphasizes intimacy, with bright and elegant bedrooms using premium materials and compact furniture. Wardrobes are integrated into the walls for space optimization.

The design concept was created to combine contemporary comfort with optimal functionality. The aim was to create open, airy spaces that maximize natural light through large windows. Materials such as wood, stone, and glass reflect a sustainable approach, emphasizing a connection with nature. The integration of modern elements, such as minimalist lighting fixtures and hidden storage solutions, adds a practical and aesthetic character to the entire ensemble. Each area is designed to support an active and relaxed lifestyle, offering both social spaces and intimate retreats for relaxation. Inspired by the need for balance and calm in the modern world, the concept was designed to induce serenity and a connection with nature. The minimalist design emphasizes balanced proportions, natural materials, and subtle colors, reflecting a contemporary yet tranquil lifestyle.

The project was implemented with great attention to detail, prioritizing material quality and precise execution. Walls were finished with decorative plaster and wooden panels for an elegant effect. Custom furniture was chosen to optimize every corner of the home, while integrated appliances underline the minimalist character of the kitchen. Relaxation spaces are equipped with ergonomic furniture, and storage areas were tailored to modern organization needs. This project is a successful example of implementing a contemporary and functional interior design, with a special focus on comfort and aesthetics.
