Challenge

The center’s facades combine natural textures of red brick with anthracite metal panels and warm accents of composite materials. This choice creates a refined and modern contrast while maintaining a friendly and accessible aesthetic. The color palette, featuring warm and soothing tones, was selected to inspire safety, comfort, and visual balance. Vertical architectural elements and glazed surfaces enhance the brightness and transparency of the interior spaces.
