The architectural plan offers a subtle balance between privacy and openness. The interior spaces are clearly organized, with day areas strategically placed to connect seamlessly with the inner courtyard and pool. Large windows blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, bringing nature closer. The bedrooms provide a private retreat, while the covered terrace and outdoor sauna complete an exclusive relaxation experience.

The house’s facades impress with the discreet elegance of wooden slats of varying widths, reminiscent of Finnish saunas. The volumetric interplay, enriched by the roof slope, offers subtle dynamics and a modern air, avoiding the rigidity of traditional shapes. Large windows create a constant visual dialogue with the surrounding landscape, flooding the interiors with natural light.

Inspired by the owner’s desire for a meditative and eco-friendly retreat, Casa Koen is a statement of style and balance. The minimalism employed not only accentuates the elegance of simple lines but also provides a tranquil framework for introspection. Natural materials and carefully selected textures bring a sense of calm and connection with nature, transforming the space into a modern temple of relaxation.

The project implementation combined modern technologies with traditional craftsmanship to achieve a spectacular and durable result. Wooden slats were precisely finished, adding visual depth to the facade, while large energy-efficient windows provide optimal thermal comfort. The outdoor spaces were carefully landscaped to complement the natural aesthetics of the house, offering a perfect setting for moments of tranquility and socialization.
