Challenge

The building’s architecture combines modern elements with reinterpreted traditional details. The facades are characterized by dynamic volumes, finishes with earth-toned metal panels, and exposed concrete inserts. Generous glazed surfaces maximize natural light and create a strong visual connection with the exterior landscape. Vertical elements on the facade add rhythm and dynamism, emphasizing the contemporary character of the design. Green spaces and urban art installations around the building contribute to a harmonious integration into the natural and urban context.
