The clear volumes and flat roofline give the house a minimalist character, supported by façades made of natural materials in light tones. The large openings towards the garden and covered terrace create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Subtle lighting highlights the simple geometries and vegetal accents.

The house is organized in a functional and logical way, with a living area including a living room, dining area, and open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an integrated garage. The terrace is designed as a natural extension of the living space, perfect for relaxation or family evenings.

The house was designed according to nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) principles, ensuring minimal energy consumption and high thermal efficiency. Passive shading systems, generous glazing, and proper cardinal orientation contribute to thermal comfort throughout the year.

The project implementation combined modern technologies with traditional craftsmanship to achieve a spectacular and durable result. The wooden slats were meticulously finished, adding visual depth to the façade, while the large, energy-efficient windows provide optimal thermal comfort. The outdoor spaces were carefully landscaped to complement the natural aesthetics of the house, offering a perfect setting for moments of tranquility and socializing.
